Promotions & Discounts

Shipping Policy
Locations:
We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, addresses outside the US, or any location requiring customs clearance.
Methods & Timing:
We primarily ship orders via UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier details and tracking information when your order ships.
Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing time before shipment. Transit time in transit typically takes 2-5 business days via UPS/USPS ground. Shipments to rural zip codes, the West Coast and other remote regions may take longer.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an extra charge.
Delivery Issues:
We strive to ship all orders promptly and to keep customers updated on delivery status. However, we will not be liable for delivery issues or order cancellations caused by:
- Inaccurate or incomplete customer address details
- Extreme weather events, natural disasters, or pandemics
- Unexpected carrier delays and problems
For undeliverable shipments, you may be charged additional shipping costs to re-send or redirect packages.
Returns & Refunds
Dexley® Chair accepts returns and exchanges on unused products in new condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact [email protected] to request a return and we will provide instructions.
Return shipping costs:
For defects or damage caused by Dexley® Chair, we will cover return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Expedited shipping costs won’t be refunded.
Refund method:
We will issue approved refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned products. Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method used.
No returns accepted on:
